Printlink has made a significant investment in the technology required to cover the whole range of our client's printing requirements.

Take a look at our printing machines and their capabilities:

Heidelberg XL105 Six Colour with Aqueous Coating Unit

The XL is the latest in technology from Heidelberg. With a maximum sheet size of 750 x 1050mm, this machine can handle just about any job, printing up to six colours plus aueous coating on one side per pass through the press. Printing on stocks from 0.03-1.0mm (as a guide that is about 800gsm stock). The maximum image size is 1030 x 725mm.

This machine can run at up to 18,000 impressions per hour.

Heidelberg 74CD Six Colour Perfector with Aqueous Coating Unit

This machine prints up to six colours (with aqueous coating) on side, or perfects up to two colours one side and four colours on the other. It has a maximum sheet size of 530 x 740mm and a maximum image area of 720 x 500mm, with a maximum speed of 15,000 impressions per hour.

Both the XL105 and the 74CD utilise Printech Image Control. Printech is an external colour measurement system for monitoring and controlling print quality. It is the world's only system that is capable of spectrophotometrically measuring and regulating the entire printed image.

Heidelberg 102 Four Colour Perfector

This machine has a maximum sheet size of 720 x 1020mm and maximum image area of 690 x 1000mm, and can print up to four colours on one side, or two colours both sides, in one pass.

Heidelberg Speedmaster 52 Two Colour Perfector

For those smaller jobs, this two colour machine can print up to a maximum sheet size of 520 x 380mm.

Xerox iGen3

Xerox iGen3-high speed full colour digital print device for variable image and data production, with a maximum sheet size of 364 x 571mm, printing on stock weights up to 350gsm.

OCE Varioprint 6250

The OCE is the world's fastest cut sheet instant duplex digital printer at 15,000 impressions per hour. With 100% accurate registration and offset quality black. Printing up to a maximum sheet size of SRA3 (320 x 450mm). This printer can run stock ranges from 48gsm to 300gsm including textured and coated stocks.

Xerox 5065

This colour digital printer can run sheets up to 450 x 320mm with a maximum stock of 280gsm on the Xerox speciality stock - Colourtech.

Xerox Docucolour 8000

For production of quality full colour digital printing, the 8000 is fast, colour accurate and is able to print on a wide range of stock up to 300gsm. Maximum sheet size is SRA3.
