Reliable data is the key to getting your communications to the right people at the right place. We offer a range of services to ensure data accuracy – helping you to save the hassles and costs of unnecessary duplication and ‘gone no address’ returns.

These services include:

• cleansing your data and validating it against New Zealand Post’s ‘postal address file’ to meet Post’s requirements for bulk mail rates. This includes correcting street name and suburb spellings, standardising street name suffixes and PO Box and Private Bag numbers, and applying new postcodes to your existing address data. Our software is also “Send Right” certified  allowing us to issue you a “Statement of Accuracy” (SOA) which qualifies you for bulk mail discounts with New Zealand Post.
• seeding databases and reporting on actual delivery standards
• tracking and reporting on ‘gone no address’ returns, then either updating your database or supplying you with the details to correct it
• database management, from data entry to data file merging and matching, duplicate removals, data formatting and cleansing, case-conversion and salutation additions
• formatting for inkjet and laser printing
